This November, POUR will focus on kombucha and tea, tying together education from the experts with the fun of sampling unique tastings of delicious booch and teas. From flavor profiles, to healing properties and culinary pairings, POUR will leave attendees equipped with a better understanding of how to drink and enjoy kombucha and tea.
Why kombucha and tea? Kombucha, a fermented tea beverage, is rich in probiotics and antioxidants, which benefit the brain, heart and gut. The healthy bacteria found in kombucha aid the digestive tract in absorbing nutrients and fighting sickness. Tea is a culturally profound beverage consumed all around the world.
